Kootenay Snow and Avalanche Workshop

October 24, Whitewater Mountain Resort, Nelson, BC.

Join the Kootenay Snow & Avalanche Workshop in Nelson on October 24, bringing avalanche workers together for a day of learning, connection, and conversation as we head into winter.

This year’s program includes presentations, a panel discussion, and field workshops, followed by an evening social and fundraiser called The White Room at Red Light Ramen in Nelson. The social is open to all avalanche workers and offers a chance to connect with colleagues from across the industry.

Proceeds from the event will support the Judson Wright Legacy Fund and Mountain Muskox, continuing the workshop’s commitment to supporting the avalanche community.
